Excerpt
The big day is finally here!
All the swallows are ready to migrate.
All of them?
Mmm… Well, almost all of them.
This year, Adelle, our main character, has decided to stay.
Without a doubt, her decision wasn’t made on impulse.
Now we understand why Adelle has been acting so odd these last few weeks.
“Flying thousands of miles only to return, only to leave again, only to return again…”
It's clear that, for this swallow in particular, some things have never made much sense.
The change of season begins smoothly for our brave friend. Adelle has it all figured out.
But winter is very, very long.
